The welfare ministry is for the church and people in church. Bible verse Act 2:44-45. Also if anyone has a financial need in church, like they are not working, need help to meet a need they should let us know. The bible say it is not ok to say God bless you to some one in need when what they need is food or clothes.James 2:15-15. So for me we cannot give what we don’t have. We first look after the church and the wider community will get to hear about it and come to church.
