Worker Service Experience

Creating a positive experience for workers is important because volunteers are the labour engine of the church and employees facilitate the process. It is important that the workers welfare is recognised, rewarded and considered.

Key objective includes:
• Service Vision – to articulate the expectations and targets for ensuring a positive experience.
• Workers audit and recruitment – to ascertain from the different departments their workers requirements and find innovative ways to help facilitate recruitment working with the department, church administrator and other supporting departments
• New Workers Training – Equip new workers with the ethics of volunteering at Victory @ Reading.
• Leadership, discipleship and relationship training
• Workers Recognition – Planning events to thank and show appreciation to volunteers can be fun and rewarding.
