Paul the Apostle says that everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever.
In order to be effective in your service to God and others, you need to be trained and equipped with tools and knowledge that is grounded in sound doctrine of the Bible, which will prepare you to be a blessing to others and a worthy vessel to God. This is what our workers’ college is all about. It is where prospective workers who have shown interest to serve in any ministry or department are given the necessary training to equip them for the work.
The college runs every quarter and is completed with an exam and the award of certificates.
We encourage every intending worker to pass through this training before they begin to officially discharge their duties.
